This policy explains what personal information Coast to Coast AC Services LLC ("we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices people have.

Information we collect

Service requests (Request Service form)

Your name, phone number, the address or ZIP code where service is needed, a description of the issue, and your preferred callback time.

Referral submissions (Referral form)

The referral form is separate from the service request form and collects information about two different people.

• About the referrer (the person submitting the form): name, phone number and email address.
• About the referred customer (a third party): name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and any message the referrer chooses to add.
• The referrer's confirmation that they have permission to share the referred customer's information, which the email we receive states along with the date and time.

We receive the referred customer's information from the referrer, not from the referred customer directly.

How form submissions are handled

This website does not have a customer database. When you submit a form, the information you entered is sent by email to our team at info@myctcac.com, and we handle it from our email and business records. We may enter it into our business software to follow up with you. We do not keep a copy of submissions on the website itself.

Our website's server briefly uses your IP address to check for spam and to limit repeated submissions. We do not store it with your submission. Our spam-protection service, Cloudflare Turnstile, may process browser and network signals to tell people from automated programs. The email we receive includes the page the form was sent from and the time it was received.

Phone calls and email

If you call or email us, we keep the information you provide to handle your request.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics tools. Our hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs.

How we use information

• To respond to service requests, schedule and perform work, and communicate with customers.
• To contact a referred customer about HVAC services in connection with the referral.
• To review and follow up on a referral, decide whether it qualifies for a reward, and contact the referrer about it.
• To detect and prevent spam, fraud and misuse, including duplicate or fraudulent referrals.
• To keep business records and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not use a referred customer's information for any purpose unrelated to the referral.

Who handles your information

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to operate this website and handle form submissions: Cloudflare (website hosting, spam protection and rate limiting) and Resend (email delivery). Resend processes the contents of each submission in order to deliver it to our email address, and may keep delivery records for a period set by that provider. Our own email provider then hosts the received message. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Retention

Submissions live in our email and business records. We keep them for as long as needed for the purposes above, including records of referrals.

Security

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and are not stored on the website. We use reasonable measures to protect information. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. If you were referred and do not want to be contacted, tell us and we will stop. Contact us at info@myctcac.com or (321) 616-9707.

If you submit information about someone else

Only submit another person's information if you have their permission. You are responsible for that confirmation. See our Terms of Service.

Children

This site is not directed to children, and the referral program is for adults.

This site may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own.

We may update this policy and will post the current version here with its date.
