These terms describe how this website may be used and the basic terms of our online forms and referral program.

About us

This website is operated by Coast to Coast AC Services LLC ("Coast to Coast AC Services", "we", "us"), a Florida HVAC contractor (License CAC1814117) with offices in Orlando and Davenport, Florida, serving Central Florida.

Using this website

• Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not a quote, a binding offer or professional advice about your specific system.
• Pricing, scope of work and scheduling are agreed with you directly before any work begins.
• You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit false, harmful or unlawful information.
• Information you submit must be accurate. Do not submit information about another person unless you have their permission (see Referrals below).

Service requests

Submitting the Request Service form asks us to contact you. It does not create a service agreement, reserve an appointment or fix a price. We respond during office hours: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Sunday closed. Weekend on-call availability is subject to confirmation and weekend on-call rates apply. We evaluate requests from any location in Central Florida individually, taking into account the location, the job, scheduling and applicable travel charges.

Emergencies

This website is not monitored for emergencies. If there is a danger to life or property (for example fire, smoke, or a gas smell), call 911. For HVAC service, call us at (321) 616-9707.

Referral Rewards program

We offer a $100 referral reward. The program works as follows.

• A "referrer" submits the contact information of a "referred customer" using the referral form.
• A reward is earned only when the referral qualifies. Our team reviews each referral and confirms with the referrer whether it qualifies. Submitting a referral does not by itself earn a reward, and we do not approve or issue a reward automatically.
• The reward is a $100 gift card for a successful full-system replacement referral.
• The installation must be completed and paid for before the gift card is issued.
• The referral must be submitted before the estimate.
• Repairs and maintenance do not qualify.
• Referrers must be 18 years of age or older.
• There is no limit on the number of referrals.
• The referral form is separate from the Request Service form. Requesting service does not submit a referral, and a referral does not request service on the referrer's behalf.

Permission to share contact information. By submitting a referral you confirm that you have permission to share the referred customer's name, phone number, email address and ZIP code with us, and that they may be contacted about HVAC services. Do not submit information for someone who has asked not to be contacted.

Customer reviews

Customer reviews on this site are published only with the customer's approval.

Communications

If you give us a phone number or email address, we may contact you about your request or referral.

Intellectual property

The site's text, logo, images and design belong to Coast to Coast AC Services LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Third-party links

This site may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site applies from the date it is posted.
